Since 2012, OMRON has been hosting TOGA (The OMRON Global Awards) as an initiative to permeate the OMRON Principles, which is the source of OMRON's strength, to all employees, and to promote the expansion of the circles of empathy and resonance, by sharing the story of how the OMRON Principles are practiced throughout the company.
